Synd is a captivating and somewhat enigmatic "low-energy/high-maintenance" band hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden. Formed in 2020, they are primarily known to be the creative outlet for identical twins Mikael Marklund and Erik Lagerwall, who, after a period of bitter rivalry, found common ground in music.

Their sound is a unique concoction, seamlessly blending elements of dub, punk, rock 'n' roll, ballads, and dance music. This eclectic mix contributes to live performances that are described as effortlessly shifting between the ambiance of a dawn club and a twilight contemplation.
